FOURTH PLAGUE

The angel is given the power to scorch men with fire. The term scorch also means to torture with heat. Up to this point those who have the mark of the beast are afflicted with oozing sores, the oceans have been changed killing all life therein, and the drinking water of the entire earth has become blood-like and does not quench one's thirst. </div> <div>      Now to increase the thirst of the people and the need for water the fourth plague angel causes the sun to become unbearably hot. The people not only have oozing sores, but they have sunburn as well covering the exposed areas of the body. The people of the earth cannot even ease the heat by going to the beach, which by this time has been turned red and has a horrible stench of death covers the area. The fresh clean water that normally would quench their thirst has been changed to a horrible blood red color. People are forced to drink it because they have no alternative.</div> <div>       As is common with fallen man, instead of repenting and falling down on their face and turning back to God, mankind blames God for their miseries. This is due in no small part to the urging of the False Prophet who is the spokesman of the Beast from the Sea. They refused to give God the glory, which is rightfully His. They become bitter and murmur incessantly against God Almighty.</div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
