Revelation 14:6-13, "And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgement is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them."

THREE DECLARATION ANGELS
First angel.
At this time the 144,000 witnesses have been taken to stand on the heavenly Mt. Zion with the Lamb. The beast from the sea is murdering all of those who will not his mark or worship his image.
God will now send a special messenger to the earth. This angel will appear in the heavens and all that are on the earth will hear his message. He will proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all of the inhabitants of the earth so that none will have the excuse that they were not told. Matthew 24:14, "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."
Second angel.
At this point, three and a half years into the great tribulation, Babylon the great the mother of harlots will be devoured by the very beast upon which she rides. This is the faux Roman Empire.
Babylon the great is a representation of all of the false religions that set up idols to worship as opposed to worshipping the one true God. The religions made by man in the image of the creation rather than the Creator.
Third angel.
Receiving the mark of the beast will not carry a mandatory death sentence in the physical. It is intended to separate those who will not worship the beast from the sea from those who will. This is a clear line of division between the Christian and non-Christian.
This declaration angel warns the entire world that if you worship or receive the mark of the beast you will not be spared from the seven bowl judgements. The angel also warns of the eternal consequences that are to be endured by those who do receive the mark or worship the beast of the sea.
The same angel who warns of the eternal consequences for receiving the mark or worshipping the beast from the sea now makes a one hundred and eighty degree turn. He now comforts all of the Christians who refuse to take the mark of the beast. Refusing to worship the beast of the sea is keeping the commandments of God. The commandments include the second commandment that states:
Exodus 20:4-6, "Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments."
The voice of the Lord booms from heaven stating that anyone who refuses the mark and dies from this point forward will rest from his or her labours. Remember that those who refuse to receive the mark will have to show their allegiance to the beast of the sea by bowing down and worshipping its image. To refuse to do this brings a death sentence.
Those who overcome the beast will be the last witnesses of Christ on the earth until the Lord himself returns to set up His kingdom. This is the reason that John writes "and their works do follow them." The age of the church closes person by person as each uncompromising Christian dies in defiance to the beast.
These persons are seen standing next to the glassy sea mixed with fire in Rev.15:2-4, and are the third host of Christians seen in heaven.
As is recorded in Rev. 12:11 these Christians gained the victory by the blood of the Lamb, the word of their testimony and they loved not their lives unto the death.
They are given harps of God and sing the song of Moses Ex. 15:1-21 as well as the song of the Lamb which is recorded here in Rev. 15:4. The song of Moses is a song of victory over Pharaoh and his armies after the crossing of the Red Sea. The song of the Lamb pertains to Christ's victory over the enemy.
